We are thrilled to congratulate MBS parent Andrea Teitelbaum P ’23, ’25, who was honored with this year’s Foley Award at today’s Parents Association General Meeting. The award was presented by Head of School Liz Morrison in recognition of Andrea’s exceptional dedication to the MBS community.
The Foley Award is given annually to a senior parent whose last child is graduating and who has gone above and beyond in their volunteer service. Andrea embodies this spirit wholeheartedly.
Over the years, Andrea has made an indelible mark on our school through her tireless efforts and generous spirit. She has served as an Executive Board member for two years in the roles of Community Building Coordinator and Community Events Chair. Additionally, she has volunteered as a class parent for three years, a Crimson Ambassador, and a team parent for the Fall 2024 Crimson Field Hockey team.
Andrea’s warmth, calm demeanor, organizational skills, and positivity have made her a beloved figure in our community. Always willing to lend a hand, she represents the very best of Crimson pride.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Andrea for her many years of passionate and devoted service to MBS. Her legacy of involvement and kindness will continue to inspire us.
The Foley Award is named in honor of E.J. (Kim) Foley, III, an MBS trustee from 1989 to 1996 and Board President from 1996 to 1999.
